I had an amazing experience with them... I originally ordered two of their standard rugs to cover one floor area when I realized they did custom orders. The shape i needed was very irregular but I sent them the design and measurements and they agreed to make it for a really good price. It arrived early and as soon as it did they refunded my payment for the original two orders as promised. The rug is great! it is covered with things right now to flatten out but if i can add a picture to this review in a few days I will. Would definitely order from this shop again it was a great experience.

Beautiful, very soft colors and perfectly neutral. Exactly as shown and just what I was hoping for. It took 3 months to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait.

Beautiful rug. It met all my expectations with how it looks, its quality and its softness to walk on. It fits perfectly in our space like it was meant to be there! The colours are a perfect level of vibrant without being overpowering or too dull. I know this will be a long lasting and durable rug, even with a cat. Couldn’t be happier.

The order took four months to arrive, I guess there was an issue with the first Rug. I was not happy with the delay. It was a custom order, customized for a very narrow room. The rug finally arrived today, and honestly, I was stunned by how beautiful it is. It far exceeded my expectations. In retrospect, it was worth the wait and the hassle, because I will have the Rug for years. I knocked off a star for customer service because I think the seller could have been more proactive in communicating the problems to me… but in the end, I could not be happier with the Rug.

Quality is good for the price, KPSI is around 20-25

It came very quickly and communication was excellent throughout. Remember there will be duties to pay on top of the price (I was £69) but it is worth it as the rug is incredible value. Beautiful colours, and I am very impressed with the quality and feel. I ordered the 10 x 8 and it is perfect. Thoroughly recommend.
